Baristas are the face of our shop! They play a huge role in welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments. They are the ones that prepare our customers with our well known coffee!
Shift Supervisors make sure the specific shifts run smoothly and are the ones to answer any of the Barista's questions!
Shift Manager overlook the whole shift and delate all the smaller tasks. They make sure we are maintaining a fully-stocked inventory and ordering food supplies, as needed.
The role of the Assistant Store Manager is to support the store manager and your main role is to supervise employees, work with customers and help carry out the directives of the manager. You will ensure that store personnel provides exceptional customer service.
